Fee Structure:The fees will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of the required services for the building(s). Vacant building management:Occasionally, buildings may remain vacant for extended periods. During these times, regular maintenance and site visits are essential to prevent blight or vandalism. Additionally, inspections after major storms are necessary to assess property conditions. These services would include oversite of landscaping, porter services additional coordinate repairs as needed. One monthly flat fee for our services.
Occupied centers:Sometimes, only limited management services are required, especially with national tenants. In such cases, we can conduct site visits with photos, oversee common area maintenance, handle RFQs, and manage simple bid jobs. All of this is offered for a flat monthly fee.
